Stroke Analysis and Improvement
Using the most advanced underwater camera technology we are able to spot all areas of improvement that cannot be seen from above the water. We are then able to pin point all areas of improvement and, using the latest and most advanced drills and equipment, we are able to adapt and progress each strokes efficiency, power and speed.
All our stroke technicians are fully qualified in stroke technique, enabling a swimmer’s body to becoming as streamline as possible in order to propel themselves further through the water creating minimal resistance while saving energy.
Start / Turn Clinics
Are your Starts and turns as fast as they could be? That slightest tweak can make all the difference from getting a PB to a county, regional or national time!
You will receive instant visual video analysis on all your starts and turns from underwater and above to pinpoint all areas of improvement and take off that crucial time.
