He and his team differentiate their teaching well, quickly supporting anyone who is struggling. They are fully inclusive, striving to build the confidence of all pupils, particularly those more nervous swimmers. Alex has got in to the water with one of our pupils who is wheel chair bound ensuring that she is happy and feels fully part of the lessons.
